Greg began his career right out of college as a salesman with his family’s contracting business.  He quickly rose through the ranks dwarfing the competitions numbers.  Greg has won numerous industry awards for sales and service.  To gain more life and professional experience, Greg left the family business to become a stockbroker with a major Wall Street firm where he quickly proved explosive results and was awarded the Firm’s Outstanding Financial Advisor Presenter Award.


Currently, Greg owns two businesses.  His focus shifted to helping others succeed on their terms.  Greg is currently authoring his 1st book, ‘Inspiring Thoughts, Real Results”, and has read and researched more than 500 books on personal and professional development.

...I started in my family's contracting business over 15 years ago as an entry level salesperson, not a true sales professional.  For the first 2 years of my career, I went along learning from many in the industry: manufacturers representatives, technicians, and some industry sales training, all of which focused on the manufacturers and technical features with no strategy.  For 2 years I got the same results over and over - average sales numbers, personal and professional frustration, and a small bank account.  My results weren't the result of a lack of hard work or determination.  In fact, those were two assets I possessed that I used to build on.  I simply needed to find a new strategy.  After 2 years of a typical, not to mention boring and unfulfilled life, shared to this day by most of my competitors  and professionals across all industries, I woke up and came alive.  I said never again was I going to live my life like this.  Never again, will I be embarrassed by my professional performance.  I knew that I could triple my performance by using the right strategies and tools.


I knew there was more out there, and I was living, behaving, and working far below my true potential and level of success.  I woke up after those first two miserable years and committed to becoming an outstanding sales professional, and creating the life of my dreams.  I knew this would take hard work, reprogramming my habits, going after true professional and life development training, and a consistent focus on constant and never-ending improvement.  Funny enough, Kaizen, or continuous improvement, was a hallmark of our family business.


So, to this day, I have consistently focused on improving every area of my life.  Does this mean that everything works perfectly and according to plan?  Of course not, but that’s part of the growth of life.  However, it does cause me to succeed on far more consistent and predictable basis - significantly above the level of the majority of professionals out there today.  There are many keys and strategies I use to achieve the level of success I desire, and one of the most important foundational elements and most simple I and my clients live by is: SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE DO WHAT THE UNSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE WILL NOT DO!


I am a loving husband and father, with an amazingly beautiful, loving and supportive wife and two magnificent children.  Kelly and I have been married for over 11 years, and I attribute much of my personal success to getting my professional life in order and succeeding.  It's amazing how many personal and relationship challenges disappear when you stop having problems paying the bills and create success and happiness in your professional life.  Your personal and professional lives are completely intertwined.
